Shipping Policy and Information
JewelleryExport.com is committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and on time. We believe in express shipping, and most orders are shipped within 7 days once the order is placed, excluding weekends and public holidays. We deliver to locations worldwide.
Shipping Restrictions
Any items notified by the delivery company to be restricted, banned, or prohibited at any time (including but not limited to animals, bullion, currency, bearer negotiable instruments, precious metals and stones, firearms or parts thereof, ammunition, human remains, pornography, and illegal narcotics/drugs) will not be shipped.
Important Information
Order cut-off times are guidelines only and do not account for possible delays due to payment authorization. We aim to dispatch all orders as soon as the product is ready and within the time indicated on the product page. However, a delay of up to 72 hours may occur due to unforeseen circumstances with the designer or manufacturer. Estimated delivery times are only a guide and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes at the destination. Once items have been dispatched, we cannot redirect orders.
When Do We Deliver?
All domestic orders are shipped by delivery companies between 9 AM and 6 PM, Monday to Saturday. The maximum delivery time for national shipments is 7 days.
Shipping in India
Shipping charges within India are not fixed and depend on the catalog weight and payment method. This is to ensure timely delivery. We use Indian Post and FedEx courier services for deliveries within India. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
International Shipping
JewelleryExport.com delivers globally and ensures the use of the best possible courier agencies for your delivery. International shipping costs are based on the weight of the catalog.
Insurance
JewelleryExport.com insures each purchase during transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature upon delivery, at which point responsibility for the purchased goods transfers to you. If the recipient is someone other than you (e.g., a gift recipient), a signature from them (or at the delivery address) will be considered proof of delivery and fulfillment, transferring responsibility to the recipient.
Taxes & Duties
For Indian customers, product prices displayed are inclusive of all duties. For international customers, we send the package as a personal-use item. However, if customs duties are applied in the destination country, they must be paid by the customer. The customer is responsible for customs duties, and any related information will be communicated via email or phone.
